    This award will go to a government agency in both sectors under consideration, which has shown remarkable services and improved efficiency in the machinery of government that has enhanced better collaboration with industry partners to render quality service for the public.

  5. Outstanding Tourist Hotel of the Year
    This category of award will go to an outstanding hotel with incredible services that are travel comfort oriented. The aim is to attract the attention of media and direct oriented frequent travellers to your hotel, by means of creating publicity and dissemination and also distinguish your hotel from the rest with this prestigious award.
  6. Outstanding Tourism Service CEO of the Year
    This category of award is open to any CEO in the Tourism Service Provider/ company in the country. He must be seen to have demonstrated a high leadership acumen in running his respective company in his entirety. Astute and outstanding traits in administration/ management, strategically positioning his or her organization to higher levels.
